Awful experience

I bought a product for my parents due to their wedding. They delivered the drastically wrong bundle, with someone elseis packing slip & anything for them. I approached them 14 days before when it originally occurred. I had been informed they'd deliver a phone label electronically, that we might have in 24 hours & I'd visit a reimbursement in 72, because of the proven fact that they might not reship them. Easily needed the right product, I'd need to purchase it again, shipping & all! After 72 hours & viewing neither, I called back. This time around I had been informed they'd send a phone label & couldn't return me my 80 bucks till they obtained THE INCORRECT $6 product back they delivered my parents. They've declined to I would like to consult with a boss & simply tell me there's nothing that may be completed. I had been informed after I spoke for them last week that I'd possess the phone label by Friday of a week ago.By today, however nothing. They not just screwed-up & haven't truly apologized, they've my cash for a product my parents don't have.

It was my initial & FINAL purchase with Dickis online, whilst the customer support continues to be awful. I'll get my money-back & this is looked after... Nevertheless, I'll without a doubt be getting my company elsewhere!
