We purchased in May, they refuse to return item. Promised to match other price and send a couple helmets to compensate for a scooter we didin't even want to begin with. 2 months later, no check for difference, damaged parts has not been recieved, now they say the halmets are not available even though they are online. It's now been months since items has been received and 2 months since they promised items to compensate. Called and was treated poorly, They tried to blame the freight company who stated they got the order for a ZNEN. I have sent numerous emils as the customer service will not peak to you on the phone. When speaking to the sales rep that was helping me he then refused to send items that were promised. I have received absolutely nothing except a receipt showing that I paid $116 less that what I actually paid by ACH (big mistake, always pay by credit card so that you can dispute the purchase.) The warranty dept is also bogus as they stated they sent a part to replace an inoperable mirror and UPS never received item.
