My daughter and I joined premeir fitness about two years ago, we were both un satisfied with them the showers we moldy, the hair dryers most of them did not work the equipment was always broken. When my membership was coming up for renewel I went in as I was suppose to a couple of months before and canceled. This was I think the beginning of 2010. Now in April I was sent a letter stating I owed them 572.86 for my membership renewel and if this was not paid by May 4 it would be sent to a collection agency. I called and was told I must speak with Andrew who was busy so he would call me back so acouple of hours pass no phone call my husband the proceded to call himself and wow he got ahold of Andrew who said I was about to call her he said he would starighten it out and yes I did sign saying I was not to renew. Now it is the end of May and there is a message on my answering Machine saying it was MTR concerning a legal matter. I tryed calling Premeir again and the girl said Andrew does not work here anymore now you will have to speak with Troy whom I have called about 4 times and everytime I call he is with someone or in a meeting.
So Premier now has a collection agency after me and I now have bad credit. Very Upset this needs to be fixed...
