I recently bought a Proform treadmill in Jan. It had been shipped in February, and after utilizing it once, it'd not switch on. I called Proform plus they organized a specialist in the future and repair it. He requested components. I waited another fourteen days, also it shutdown after 1 use. I again named Proform along with a specialist found my home. He explained it required a brand new motherboard, and so I waited per week or two for brand new components and after 3 new motherboards, it does not work. The specialist arrived again and changed the whole engine along with other components nowadays, also it still wont switch on. I called Proform plus they explained they'll not substitute the treadmill till they've more income committed to repairing it than it'd charge them to displace it! I've been spending funds for this treadmill that was $2000.00 since Feb. And Proform / IMAGE exercise has provided nothing except to correct the treadmill. Their customer support is terrible and that I wouldn't suggest buying something from their website. This treadmill is actually a "orange" and Proform cares more about sustaining their revenue than investing in producing things right using their clients.
