This company advertises custom leaning post to be delivered in 2-3 weeks. (now 4). I spoke to Jim about building me one. We came to an agreement one one to be built. He told me it would be done in 2-3 weeks. Called after 3 weeks to check the status. He told me it was almost done and it would be another week. Waited another 2 weeks and called the i was told i was being a pain in his ass. (Hmmm thats great business etiquette!) And to wait another week. It was one excuse after another.
I sent him the full amount March 1st and now almost the end of April and still no lean post!
When i emailed them demanding my lean post or a refund Justin (an employee i guess) responded in an email stating DO YOU WANT THIS THING OR NOT? I DO NOT NEED THE PRACTICE WELDING!
(lol). I replied and said ummm yes i want it or a full refund asap! And also stated i had a custom t-top built in 3 days and that is a perfect example of someone that does not need the practice welding!
I don't think i have ever dealt with a company that has been as rude as these people! It wasn't untill i told them i was turning it over to my attorney that i was issued a refund.
