Tilly Internet U Irvine CA (on bank statement) Fraudulent charges on debit card, refuse to give info on suspect

On 2/9 Bank of America called me about fraudulent charges on debit card on 2/7.
Tillys Internet U Irvine CA charged 2 times of $162.88. I file claim with B.A. And canceled the card.
I called Tilly's, customer service said the charge didn't went through. Tilly's refuse to give info
about the suspect.
