Funtyme Events Lied, Mis-represented, & Ripped-off alot of people in the FAKE fishing festival

Hubert Bullard should have his license revoked in every state in USA. He is a liar and a scam artist. Tried to talk to him regarding issues and negoatation amoung adults, he tells you it's not his problem and keeps repeating himself like a child.
Do not do business with this man!
