Ordered 2 paors of trainers over the internet, had to re pay as they said first amount didnt go through and ended up paying 2 lots of money without a refund or received my trainers

Company claiming to sell nike trainers. I ordered 2 pairs and paid twice. Despite lots of email communcation they refuse to give me a refund despite the transaction going through twice and i am still to receive my trainers 3 weeks down the line. They owe me 180 uk pounds. It is a disgrace and these scum need catching.
