I ordered 4 items from Ron Estrada. After many calls I finally got one of the items (strobe light). This guy kept telling me that his distributer was to blame and that he'll straighten it out.
I was so very patient but after a few months I simply wanted my money back. I am not kidding when I say that I made over 50 phone calls to Ron and talked to him dozens of times.
The last straw was when he told me that he'll send a refund check. I waited another month and no check arrived.
This guy has made absolutely no effort to return my money or send the remaining items. I researched online and found that he has changed his business name a number of times.
This guy is a crook! After one year of hearing broken promises I realize he must need my money more than I do. I give up, you win Ron Estrada.
I hope you use the money, you stole from me, to help you sleep at night.
