That was 90 days ago, He says the are not in bankruptcy yet wont say anything else, Says that he is not paying any vendors and if I get paid it will be when they get to it. I talked to a couple of them (vendors) and they have been paid (although some have not) It wouldnt be so bad but They Solicited me, set the terms and are about to put me into bankruptcy. I think it was all planned I think they ordered everything they could from everyone, and now are going under.
