The Ultimare Game Room paid in full for table in May 08 never recieved table, cannot connect with anyone at company

I ordered an indoor outdoor pool table for my river house in May. It was paid in full and set to deliver originally August 1 then it was delayed again till Nov 08, the only time I have ever actually spoken to some one it was Ellen she assured me we would have our table on 11-28-08 before the holidays. Since then you are forever looped onto a message center that never connects you with anyone. I have left meassages on every extension I know asking for some communication. On Dec 3 I got a hold of Rose in delivery and see updated the delivery for Dec 30 and posted all pertinent updates on the tracking page of their site.

Since then they have removed the updates, and I have filed with the BBB in Monument. It is now the end of Jan. According to the BBB the company never responded to the complaint.

They are crooks with no concept of communication or ethical business practices. Unfortunately I paid in full with an Amex that I have since closed due to this particuualr company having access to that account number. I have no recourse to get any monies back from AMEX so basically I'm out $4200.

All I wanted was the table I paid for 9 months ago!
Be very aware these people are crooks.
