We bought a 'Prowler Lynx" trailer from McGoverns RV in Grande Prairie Alberta and when the 'under belly' cover and insulation blew off on the highway after only six trips, niether the dealer or the manufacturer would accept responsibility. The original work was factory dune but upon further inspection, it could be seen that the cover was attached with the lapped edges exposed to the upwind side.
Any reasonably intelligent person would know to lap the joints to flow "with the wind" not against it. Dispite this blatant error from the factory, they would not accept liability. The dealer, who had done all service work (which was only winterizing the trailer) assured the manufacturer that the belly had not been opened for any reason but they would not cover this loss.
