I experienced the same ripoff. I payed (actually my credit card, her cash) for a board a month ago for my daughter. Waited and no board. Sent emails no response. Their phone defaults to a voice mail. Of course no return phone calls. After I placed my order I read in their website how the cant track regular mail. What a bunch of B.S. They have the nerve to pat themselves on the back on their "about us "page on their website. 100 percent customer satisfaction. More bs. Do not waste your time or money with these aholes.
