I had cancelled my membership a year ago and they were still pulling money out of my account. I called the corporate office and was told it would be 3-5 days for them to process my request for a refund. I have called and spoken to every employee, supervisor, and the manager of the corporate office and they have been nothing but dishonest and deceptive.
The manager told me that they didn't have to refund the money. Even after I proved that I had cancelled my membership. I sent them a copy of my phone statement to prove I had called and that they had made an error or this is just the way they scam people.
