I bought a sea scooter from NFM direct. It worked good for about a month. I started having minor problems with it that I was able to over come. But then it lost all power. It would run but not enough power to pull me under the water.
I e-mailed them about the problem on 28/08/06. They replied back on 06/09/06 asking a question that was clearly answered in the email I had sent. I replied and haven't heard from them again.
I have sent numerous emails with no reply.
I even contacted the Better Business Bureau of Detroit and Eastern Michigan to see if they can help me. The last I heard from them was the they couldn't get in touch with them. They even sent a letter to them and it was returned by the post office.
Their web site is still active. There must be some way to get in touch with this company and make them pay.
Also it was supposed to be free shipping and now I am fighting UPS for the bill of $68.71.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
