We bought a new voyager pontoon boat in april the console where the gauges, steering wheel and stereo are located was cracked they said no problem they would get a new one order and when we brought the boat in for our "FREE" 15 hour service they would put the new console in.
We took the boat to the shop on 7-5-06 and was told it would only take a couple days to do. We finally recieved a call 7-17 saying the boat was done I went to pick the boat up they had sprayed some kind of cleaner on the pontoons and let it run without cleaning it the tilt/trim guage that was supoose to be installed was not and the new console have a razorblade cut in it so I left it.
I went back on 7-18 to pick it up again when I got there it was still inside when fixin the cut they drilled a screw through the side of the console SO I went back again on 7-19 the whole was fixt but the headlights didnt work they had pulled a wire loose when replacing the console I FINALLY got the boat out of the shop and went to get the ticket and all of the suddon the "FREE" service cost me 216 dollars.
DONT BUYING ANYTHING FROM BOAT AND RV WORLD THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! And did nothing to make it right!
