I have called multiple, shelters, vets offices, pet stores, and hospitals in my area and none have received fliers or communication lostmydoggie.com informing them of my missing dog. They did not provide the service they said they would. I also paid for 500 neighbors to be called, was not done. I have left 7 messages requesting a log of places fliers were sent and have not received a call back yet and can never get anyone to answer the phone. I am contacting the BBB as well
