ScoreSense, a Product of One Technologies LP 4447
Scoresense.com www.scoresense.com 's fraudulent and deceptive marketing practices and fraudulent charging my Discover account without my knowledge or permission

My Discover charge card was charged 29.95 by OTL scoresense.com without my knowledge or permission on 10/26. They stole from credit card account and should be arrested and charged with larceny. And in light of the number of
complaints about this company on the Web they should be charged with grand larceny.

I was surfacing the Internet in on October 19 and came upon a site offering "free" Credit scores from the 3 major credit rating companies at https://www.freescoreonline.com/us/6019/3320ffb/t420/048/lp/048-b312/? Sid=GUSU2394.

At the bottom of this Link it was linked to Score Sense.com. (Note Deceptive front web site freescoreonline) This Link led to another link where you filled out all of your personal information including your SS # this linked to another web page where you had to pay $1:00 for some processing fee. Some much for the free credit report score. So I proceeded cautiously checking every word and looking for a hidden 2 point disclaimer giving them the right to empty my credit card account. Finding none on this link I proceeded to give them my info. This gave them my credit card number. Then there was some pitch about monitoring your credit reports for a charge each month which I did not sign up for that because I, and any reader knows or should know that I/we can get a free credit report from the 3 credit reporting agencies every year. At that time I was pissed because of the bait and switch advertising. I do not do business with companies who are deceptive in their
advertising.

Today 11-19-12 my wife showed me our Discover credit card bill and it showed the $1.00 charge on 10/19 from scoresense.com. She also pointed out the $29.95 charged 7 days later on 10/ 26/12 from scoresense.com.
Needless to say, I hit the ceiling remembering that deceptive advertising and remembering the bait and switch tactics. I called their 800 # that I got from my bank statement (800-679-6327) and lit into the foreign sounding woman, who may have just crossed the border for a job. With several expletives hollering fraud, deceptive advertising and larceny and unlawful use of my credit card, I demanded my 29.95 be refunded on my credit statement or I was going to call my
credit card company and report their fraudulent, deceptive practices and Larceny. I suspected she may have had to
clean herself after my rage and anger on the phone. My anger avoided any further attempt for her to reason with a mad man with her manipulating script from her training class. I got my confirmation # 5035263. When I asked her what the
# meant, she said it was the # that I cancelled the subscription. (which I did not order in the first place) Then I
said. What about my refund. She said she was submitting a request for the refund and they would let me know whether they
would approve the $29.95 refund. That started another volley of rage. Based on some of the comments at this site, and their representative, OTL scoresense.com is not planning to return the money they stole from me/us. The bilked surfers should be compensated for the emotional distress scoresense.com. Put us through. These people need not only to be put out of business but the conspirators need to spend some time in jail.
