I worked at mack hils/mack pro. Its a metal fab tool n machine shop, where they specialize in antique pick up parts and truck beds.in the last 6 months 5 people cut fingers off due to being intoxicated on alcohol, meth or weed. One guy whos been there a long time cut his finger off and told the co he had a dirty ua hes still there. One just got out of in patient for 30 days for beating his old lady in a drunkin rage also did 5 years for meth. The last day I worked everyone was shit faced by closing time not me though but I didnt say anything.
I along with 30 others and more to come were laid off just weeks or maybe a month before bonus checks from profit sharing. How conveient with winter approaching. There has been so many rejected parts from companies and individuals ranging from welding things wrong, things being welded in the wrong places. Do these guys know how to read blue prints? No certified welders working here folks and ya wonder why trucks get destroyed in a crash??? Also the open paint booth that spews over spray and fumes into the surrounding areas I wonder what damage to my lungs it caused??? I am not from here but I wish I had a job for the government traveling to different places investigating places like this, a sweat shop as everyone there calls it there.
I cant believe a place like this gets away with some of the things they do. Any way look for more about this place because I gave them the rip off report's e-mail address. Until then dont buy from Mack Hils ya never know which meth head welded it.
