I have been shopping in your store for years and today was the day I stopped. This was labor day weekend and I bought my kids two R/C Boats for use on a open lake.
The one boat worked perfectly fine all a day. The second boat which lasted about 5 minutes with the torque of the motor breaking its own propeller and rendering it useless in front of my child’s eyes.
We noticed almost instantly that this boat which actually cost $5.00 more than the boat that worked all day had quality issues, including any kind of water sealing. This was run in wide open water and not near a shore. We figured they knew what they were doing with their design, but obviously they do not. I would have got the same bought as the working one, but your store only had 1 of each so I was stuck with it.
I have never had to return something to your company. I did not even want money back, only wanted to get a refund and order the same boat that does work. The assistant manager told me I am on my own and will have to deal with the manufacturer which makes this even more repulsive. He said “What am I going to do with it”?
