ART response team had a contract that they sub - contracted to me from CBRE Richard Ellis and the FDIC our awesome government! I performed monthly inspections on properties all over the state of Florida for a year and three months for this contract. ART response was delayed on payments with me, but when I asked them about the balance they assured me that they were going to get paid from CBRE and they would relay payment to me. The president Carey Blanchard told me one day that he would not pay me on anything he didnt get paid on and thats that!
My problem is that after I contacted our beloved FDIC, they assured me that they indeed paid CBRE for all payments and sevices. They then told me they were very sorry but they are not allowed to help me out! Then I reach the HR department with CBRE and the same happens where. They assured me that ART received full payment but them to have no right to push ART to pay me! How does this work??? Our governent swears by our small business owners but yet they turn there backs when issues arise for these small guys!!!
I bet if ART did not gat paid from CBRE then FDIC would have been involved, why? Because its all about who you know and not what you know!!! ART has government ties which means he will not be left in the dark!!! As for CBRE they are in the best spot, just get the largest contract from my buddy over at FDIC and give away all my contracts for less money, sit back and collect. Maybe the reason why our new generation is so quick to NOT go to school, NOT vote, NOT care about normal civilian life because they know if they try to get in this regular work force life they are better off kicking back and letting OBAMA care take care of things!!! This is sad!!! Please any attorneys that can help me out and get this resolved please contact me.
