We ordered a building from Morgan Building and Spas in July to be built in our backyard. We paid over $1300 down and were told that it would be ready for installation in about 6-8 weeks.
After about 7 weeks, we called to find out where our building was and if it would be ready soon. We were told very rudely that it was not here and they would call us when it was available.
It has now been over 12 weeks. We still have no building. We have yet to hear from anyone at Morgan Building and Spas, either in their sales or corporate office, who can tell us when our building will be here.
We have left email and phone messages with their sales staff, customer service department, and corporate office to no avail. We have even made an attempt in person to get any information
Since Morgan Buildings does not refund any money, we are contemplating litigation. We are filing this report to warn others to stay away from this company.
