This lanai roof was initiated in January but not completed until March. It has leaked after the first rain. We initially withheld payment until the problem was resolved, but paid them in full after "Joe" threatened to put a lien on our home. We have called them several times and he was not very responsive. Joe and Rick Bartoe came out five or six times only to say it was the house roof, leaves in the gutter, etc. We replaced the house roof last month and of course the lanai roof that Straightline Aluminum installed is still leaking. On 9/17, Joe was supposed to be here again but never showed up. We estimate that since this began, we that we have called 25 times or more. This lanai roof is supposed to have a 2 year warranty and this company has yet to solve this problem and make it right.
