Two Men And A Truck
One man short, two hours late, lied about invoice

I don't know about Two Men and a Truck as a company, but the Charlotte, NC franchise operated by John Kennealy (sp?) is a corrupt organization. We asked for movers to arrive early in the day, they arrived 2 hours late, and most importantly, one man short. Because of our own time constraints, we had to move with what they had given us. This proved to be a costly decision. Late and a man short, the movers did not finish in time to access parking outside our new apartment (parking is restricted during certain times of day), and more than 1 hour ($120) was spent doing nothing.

This was bad enough, but the reason we only had 2 movers was, as explained on the invoice, someone had called and "requested only two men". This was not the case, and, after the whole debacle was over, I called to complain about this, I was called a liar by the manager, John Kennealy.

This is the kind of service you can expect from the Charlotte franchise of 2 Men and a Truck, and from the manager John Kennealy.

You should take business elsewhere, or risk being taken.
