Winston White installed a wobbly ceiling fan in my 1 year old daughter's room. He did this out of code using NO junction box or any approved ceiling fan brace box which is required by code. Needless to say I can't use the fan. I then rightfully stopped payment. I had explained to Winston that if he installed the fan properly to code I would pay him. He has not listened to me and continues to harass me and my family by calling all hours of the night and hanging up, and banging on my door and running away. I am starting to believe this man has a psychological problem or may be on drugs. He may be dangerous and is unbalanced in my opinion. I am prepared to defend my family. I will be reporting him to the NEC, and filing a police report. Please do NOT use this so called "Electrician" for anything. He's a complete NIGHTMARE! STAY AWAY from him!!
