I worked at malibu for about 3 years straight. Doing hard labor and only got 5 dollars an hour with no raise... Ever.
Thats not even the complaint i have about them. Malibu advertises that they board your dog in a clean kennel with at least four 10 minute walks a day.
They even have a showroom kennel to show customers where thier dog will be staying while you are away.
In all reality the minute you walk out the door (leaving your dog in the beautiful kennel you were just shown) a kennel attendent leashes your dog and takes him through the back door into the dungeon in the basement.
That is where your dog will really stay during your vacation.
Oh and the walks that you are promised for your dog... No way. They are kept in the basement on newspaper.
Newspaper that is only changed once a day if that. Some dogs are walked only to keep the customers seeing dogs outside in the yard. When it is time for you to pick up your dog.
A kennel attendant leashes up your dog wipes off the poop and pee that he has been laying in. Sprays him with doggie cologne.
Then puts him back in the beautiful showroom so it looks like he was there the whole time (and the customer thinks nothing of it)
