Stole money, lied to customer, has bugs

Shanan Cleaners in New York City is a total dump. Not only did they ruin and lose clothes, but when I went in for the final time a few weeks ago I saw roaches... Crawling around people's "clean" clothes.
This place needs to get put out of business once and for all.
