Stay away from SMC or Smart Living Company (whatever they are calling themselves these days). I am currently $40,000 in debt because of these people. They have no conscience! Please listen to people who have been there. Do not talk to these people. I am currently selling my home to pay off my credit card debt. I will probably loose $20,000 in this market but at least I can pay off my debt. After realtor fees and moving costs I will be between $70,000 and $80,000 poorer than I was a year ago. Listen to those who have learned.
