I usually purchase my nail supplies from two different retailers so I was excited to find a new e-retailer that carried all the products I use on one site.
Last week, I placed my order and when my package arrived, I noticed the wrong merchandise was sent. I immediately contacted Karen to find out how to do an exchange only to be told that there are no exchanges but that she would offer me a 15% discount. Her website has no mention of there being no exchanges but, even if it did, the fact that she erred in my order should warrant an exchange.
Anyway, there is really no reason to shop her website because her prices are highly inflated. For example, a 2.5 OZ of Whitest White Tammy Taylor Acrylic sells for $34 on Karens website and the same product sells for $24.in addition to having better prices and a much wider selection of products, they have great customer service and a generous return/exchange policy as well as an easy website to manuever, all things hat Karens website lack.
