Messer Painting painted my kitchen cabinets in late July.in January of I contacted Brandon Messer and advised him that several sections of the cabinets were starting to crack and peel. It took approximately 12-15 phone calls, a complaint filed with the Attorney Generals office, and a letter to Messer Painting in order to receive a call back some 4 months later.in June of Messer Painting re-finished the affected sections. It is now August 5th and two of the re-finished sections are cracking and peeling again. It would appear that they simply painted over the cracking paint.
I spoke with Brandon Messer on August 5th and he has refused to make the repairs on their faulty workmanship, describing it as normal wear and tear. His final words, were done.
