I bought a curtain pole on settlement out of this shop. I have never delivered something to some Joannis before, but determined this curtain pole was not right for my decoration. I renamed the pole, discovered the bill and noticed what "All Sales Ultimate". Obviously they've an insurance policy that prohibits results on clearanced items. It was a surprise.in the shop, I talked having a supervisor who stated that all settlement indicators show this and he or she directed one-out in my experience. It had been in 4-stage kind! I visited the House Design area to determine easily missed anything within the signage. I examined every settlement indication where the pole originally put and NOWHERE achieved it express "All Sales Ultimate". I directed this out towards the supervisor. She was unapologetic, held restating "All settlement sales are closing". I named an 800# to protest to Client Relationships plus they kept for this plan aswell. Joannis Materials isn't prepared to use their clients to maintain them happy. I'm a seamstress, quilter, knitter, crocheter. I own 6 sewing products and was considering investing in a fresh one at Joannis. That is no further the situation. From today on, I'll provide all my company to Hobby Lobby in SW Florida.
