Walked in to browse around with my kids on 6/29 about 8:30pm. Not sure of the name of the salesman guy. Really got me to purchase rings for my husdand and I. Ran my credit. Gentleman who seem like the owner/Mgr comes over to shake my hand to congrat me of my credit approval. He never indicate my limit that I was approved for. So they had me sign... inital here and there. They had me take the rings home to show my husband, which werent our size, and we can bring it back with in 30-days to get it fitted or returned/exchanged (as least thats what I heard). Few days later after the Holiday (4th of July). My husband and I decided NOT to purchase the rings.
I returned today 7/10 @6pm. Greeted by the first salesman (name still unknown). Told him that I'm returning the rings. He than called the owner/Mgr (also name unknown). He proceeded to tell me that the what I signed is NO RETURNS. No refund. I was sooo upset. I looked at the first salemans and told him " IS THAT HOW YOU PERSUADE YOUR CUSTOMERS'. I sd "WHO DOESNT HAVE THE RIGHT TO RETURN ITEMS WITH 30-DAYS" the owner sd "WE DONT".
I did overlook my INVOICE... Clearly it indicates 'NO RETURNS... No refund. 30 day even exchanges only'. I dont even have a contract from this place, only a INVOICE. And why isnt there any names on here, besides my name. I will return tomorrow with my husband. Thats for sure.
