Bridal Boulevard looked to be reputable, quality clothing dispenser... Wrong, wrong, wrong
First, the photos are misleading, not the quality shown. Don't get me started on the color... Ha, I asked what color the dress in the photo is... Blue they stated. Well, it finally showed up, much later than told, as a Bright Turquoise. I had also ordered a second choice dress to be in champagne for a Mother of the Bride dress - it showed up and was ivory... Not appropriate color. They then plead ignorance as "the colors shown are subject to the computer and are not reliable". Well, that doesn't help now.
I stated when ordering that I would be returning the unused dresses (I had faith, I ordered FIVE different dresses). No one at that time said that they were non returnable. All of the dresses were SUB PAR, not the quality shown and NOT the correct color.
I pursued the return question. First, I was told they were non refundable. The next email there was a 20% restocking fee. The following email said that there would be a 50% restocking fee and now there are no replies. I wasted ALOT of time and ALOT of money.
Please DO NOT order from this company, I know that you will be terribly disappointed.
