Hi I bought IPAD 2 case from the supplier (cases.com.) They sent a after market product which damaged the entire body of IPAD. I have been trying to come up with the resolution, but I am not getting anywhere. I paid $200 for the case and put $850 IPAD total cost $1025.
They are doing nothing but putting the blame on me. This is ridiculous.
I have given them two options
A) Send me the refund of $200. I will use that $200 to fix it.
Or
B) I send them IPAD, they fix it and send it back to me
I will highly appreciate your help to have this issue resolved
