Safeway switching prices, rude and worse employees

When I go to Safeway I now only buy a few things because most, some times all the sale items ring up at the wrong price. I've even tried going back a few days while the sale is still on to see if they've corrected the mistake and they NEVER do! Now with the new online coupons it even worse. Once you ring up the discount disappears from their website so if I hadn't emailed myself (and had my phone with me) I wouldn't have been able to show the employee that I was over charged. Even with the evidence he just couldn't believe it and it took over 15 minutes to correct the multiple over charges.
This is bad and if wasn't for the proximity to my home I would never return but after witnessing the worst behavior by an employee I've seen I won't return.
There was a HUGE line with just one checker. The woman behind me (in a burka, it's significant) asked another employee if she could call another checker. The employee looked right at her and scowled and turned away. I know she heard her because she turned when the woman politely said excuse me to the employee. I might be willing to say it was something other than bias but after I finally checked out this same employee was helping a kind of demanding white woman put her groceries in the car and she was friendly and helpful completely different than she was to the polite woman in a berka!
