Yesterday made the grave mistake of going to buy a suit. The manager was rude, uninterested and had a condescending manner. He assumed we needed to finance the suit and yet we had cash to purchase one. I probably make more in 6 months that he does in a year. We were in a time crunch so we bought the suit. It cost $700.
Alterations were promised earlier today. My husband has sat outside the store waiting for two hours. The store manager flat out lied and said he had spoken to me about it being late, yet couldnt confirm a phone number he called me on, or the fact that I have a very distinct accent.
Had someone called, my husband could have been saved the two hours we has wasted.
Customer service hotline offered a whole $29 refund for the trouble (on a $700 suit) and now it will be too late to deal with the what Im expecting to a shoddy alteration job (looking at the thousands of complaints on the internet) as he needs to wear this suit in the morning.
Im begging everyone, take your money elsewhere. Not only will I NEVER shop there again, I wont also pass up an opportunity to tell people about the disgrace this company is.
