Removed $60.00 and failed to respond to my emails I am disabled and homeless

I need phone service. On may 23 I chose Platinumtel.com after reading good reviews on Amazon.com and Google searchs. They went and charged my credit card, but a day later the sent me an email stating that my account was on hold, and I would be contacted when my order was to be sent. On May 28 I sent them an email canceling my order.

On May 31,3 days later, the sent me two emails back to back saying my order was just being processed and the second one notified me that the item was delivered. I am homeless and disabled, and have a hard time connecting to the Internet (my only way to communicate with people). $60.00 is a lot of money, but the best rates for me. They claimed to send you a &129.00 phone, with a $50.00 air credit, so the phone only costs you $10.00 As the saying goes, If it's too good than something stinks...
