Called as website said for free over the phone estimate was given a quote of 179.00. When the service man came out he charged 412.00. Doubling the price seems like a crime to me. He said the person on the phone gave us bad info. Beware of this bait and switch tactic, if companies give over the phone estimates they should at least be somewhat accurate or what is the point. I feel completely ripped off. If I was home at the time I would have kicked this company out on their ear. My husband was home and he let them do the work.
