I was at Telesolutions for almost a year and i couldn't take it anymore!!! They favor employee's and rip off the callers with the sales bonuses-not once I had received any of my bonuses! They also do not pay mininum wage like they claim they do! People DO NOT make $12-$15 hourly-it's all a lie!!! The supervisors get all the sales bonuses and it is true, if you don't work Saturdays you don't get paid!!! I would not recommand anyone to apply at this place-it's horrible. Only reason I was there for so long is because it was difficult to find a decent job! They claim they gave employees a. 50 cent increase in October but not once did I receive this 50 cent increase on any of my cheques! I wonder who's claiming this???
