This website collects payment from you, and just refuses to deliver. I threatened to file a dispute with paypal and he sent part of the work promised. I have not heard from him again since. It has now been a month since I ordered, and at this point, this guy just does not care. All he wants is your payment, and you're screwed once you send. Something has to be done about this.
