If you complain they have an answer super fast, they obviously get complaints all the time, real snotty person, what a job to have, dealing with people that feel they got ripped off. They dont explain that you are going to get billed every month unless you read their rules on their website, I was amazed that my visa statement showed a charge of $24.63 instead of the $1.00 I was expecting and this continues every month unless you call them to cancel...
