On Friday April 13, I parked my car in parking lot# 85 Dobbs in Atlanta Ga. It was around 0900. I had a class at Georgia State University. The class was from 0900-1130. The class ran up to the hour that day be we were doing presentations, maybe a little over. After class, I talked to a couple of people, grabbed a cupcake and left.

From class I went to the Chick Filet on campus. From there I went to the library where I normally go on Friday. I have another class on Friday's from 1:00-300. There is not enough time to get anything done between 11:30 and 1:00 other than eat and work on other school projects. There are plenty of eating facility with walking distance or on campus.
Normally, I drive my car to either North Springs or Lindbergh Station and take the train. Everything is with in walking distance once I get downtown. I only drive to school if I have appointments before class, or errands to run directly after class. I have classes on Tue and Wed from 4:30-7:00. Is a waste of time to try and leave and come back.

Employee 105 and his partner claimed they checked the parking lot at 9:17 and put some chalk on my tire. They came back at 11:47 and the chalk was gone. I told them I did not move my car and no one else has a key to my car, because I only have one key. He sarcastically can you prove it. I said, I can go back to the school and some students. But I was in class from 0900-11:30.

Then the he said you must to move to get something to eat. That would have only given me 17 minutes to walk from Ga State, drive to get something to eat, find a place to park or to a drive through and get back to the parking lot during the lunch time rush. Where is the sense or logic in that.

Then he told me that he was going to remove the boot and let me off with a warning and proceeded to try and charge my card anyway. He did not have to lie, he should have just stood his ground. Now I now his partned is probably going to lie with him. But that is what happened.

I told maybe they inadvertantly missed my car when they were marking the vehicles. But I honestly just think they booted my car thinking I would not be able to get proof of my where abouts. I can even get students to vouch for the fact that I was in the library between about 11:40 and 1300. We were all working on final projects.

P.S. I don't have a second key because I was told it will cost about $200.00 to get another key.

Another thing, I would pay another &4.00 rather than risk having to pay $75.00. The Employee ask what is gained from him lying. They boot peoples cars and they leave work or school and have to pay 75.00 to get their car at the end of the day. That company profits $75.00. What keeps those employees honest nothing.

When you call the number you get put on hold and then it is not the company, it is an answering services. The company will get back to you at thier convience. I am waiting on a call, but they will more than likely side with the employees, which encourages lying.

The employee ask me If I can prove, that I did not move my car. Can he prove the space was empty between 9:17 and 11:47. I can prove I was in class. Other than his word can he show proof of him actually putting chalk on my tire.
