Ordered 2 watches from them. I never received the watches. I have contacted Nixon over 10 times phone and email, they have not called me once or resolved anything with this.
The only email I received from them said that my bank refuned the money to me which is not true. The bank game me a temporary credit and now has to investigate the situation. They never responded again after that.
I ordered the 2 watches Again because I wanted them obviously even though Nixon has still not credited me for the 2 that I never received. I kept one and did not like the other one so I immediately shipped it back UPS for a refund.
They have not refunded me for that returned watch and I sent it back a month ago. I have inquired several times about it as well, and they have never responded about it by phone or email. When I got them once on the phone they said their computers where down and they could not see my order.
When I email them many times I receive an out of office email back - must need a vacation from doing nothing. Horrible way to manage a company, do not do what they promise, no customer service or follow up and basically steal from you. Not worth it to ever buy from Nixon.
