Try to call and cancel service and kept on for one hr and 27 minutes nver talking to anyone inernet

I want to stop membership and cannot reach anyone by phone they are still taking money out my account and i want it to stop now. Was kept on hold the first time for a hour then hung up on i called right back and still no one picked up while saying my call was important to them
