Leather Up poor customer service, made returns no exchange Internet

Very poor customer service, was sent an item as a gift from my mother, their "hassle free returns and shipping" was anything but. Sent back item, paid for the shipping and insurance and indicated on the form what i wanted to exchange for, there are only 2 spots on the form to list other items so i listed 2 items. Several days later my mother received an email saying she was being refunded. Now that her feelings were hurt i explained i wanted to exchange it for something else all is well.

After her spending 40 mins on hold to speak to someone she gave up and sent an email to them instead. 10 days later no response. I called them they said they didnt have what i wanted and i should have listed more items on the form??? 2 spaces to write... 2 spaces were written in. Thanks for wasting my money and time. As if its my fault that all the sh*t on your website for sale not being in your warehouse to be shipped is my fault. F*ck leatherup.com DO NOT USE.
