This company is the biggest scam/ripoff company in the state of CT! They hire only illehgl immigrants, pay them $8 and hr while charging the clients $25 an hour. I worked in the Farmington office for 2 years, and they treat all their employees like dirt and the average stay of any employee is less than 90 days. They pride themselves on firing people. They brag about how much money they make for so little service they provide. It is sickening to hear upper management speak. They spend their winters in Florida, brag about not paying their caregivers a liveable wage, fire employees if they dont like the way they look or if the owners husband happens to find you attractive. What a joke. Please... Run as fast as you can away from these people. I have found much better services for my father with two other companies. The screening process for new hires is they run a police report. That is all. It is a total scam and you will regret ever contacting them.
