Hello DC Entertainment, DC Comics, Warner Brothers, and everyone else this may and can concern for help and information.
My name is Greg D, I am a WB film creator, Writer, Director in NYC and global just to start off so I announce who is going through this false actions and fraud done to me by DC Universe Online. SOE which is Sony Online Entertainment that represents and makes the game DC Universe Online, SOE are committing fraud, False bans, False allegations, Slander, Ignoring, Making fun of players, Name calling to myself and many players, here I am discussing about what they have done to me in a very short version,
I have posted some youtube videos for my friends discussing and letting them know where I am and what happened to me because SOE stopped me from contacting my friends on the gaming community. I have invested over 7,000 seven thousand hours into the game and about $2,000 in add on, styles, subscriptions for myself and players that
didnt have money to play the game that couldnt afford to pay and I always helped out others. SOE Employees, GMs, and much more had made me feel very uncomfortable, name calling, threats, false bans and suspensions and please
remember this is many other players as well. I have been banned due to fraud and false reasons all proven, SOE claims me as cheating when no cheating is involved, I was personally attacked and they will say I cheated to protect
there end but I am filing a class action lawsuit against them and they will have no proof of anything, SOE are the biggest liars and fraud that I have ever seem in my life, I have 62 ex players in the game that are getting involved in
the class action lawsuit and others are just letting it go, SOE sent me a check to settle for the fraud they did to me, CURRUPTION! Hundreds of DC comics fans are disgusted as well as everyone in my family,
My great grand father was a friend of all the creators and always hung out with them back in the old days so DC has been in my family of over 400 people forever, None of us can ever look at superman, Batman, green lanterns, Everyone we loved, We can never look at them again, We are disgusted and this goes for hundreds of other fans as
well, I am in NY and NJ area all over, All comic book sales are down for DC, Some stores only order a few, Many are disgusted, I have over 14,000 comics that I am dumping and over 5000 statues and figures of DC all worth about
$400,000 that I have boxed up and I am giving away, I want them out of my house, out of my cabinets, out of my attack and storage, I cant watch and more DC films and animated ever again, I am heart broken and disgusted, SOE had
ripped me off of 7,000 hours of my life investing on my characters to build them up and banned me for false reasons and SOE committed fraud against me,
I have so much more information but it would be a dozen pages long like all my other complaints and I am giving the short version here, Sony Online Entertainment are destroying and killing the DC Comics and DC Entertainment
name by the false things they are committing to many others, I dedicated my life to DC Comics and this game spending 15-20 hours a day everyday since launch day and I have followed the game 3 years before it was even out, I was
so happy and excited, They had threatened me and called me names, I had claims in for items that were missing that I always put in that I have on video and pictures and they would lie to me and said I never got it meanwhile I have
videos and pictures I submitted to them, I have sent the legal department over the past year 230 emails and 37 certified letters of all types and have evidence and proof of all and was never contacted and I contacted customer
service even more than that and I was finally contacted a week ago and they never investigated on this fraud done toward me,
Even since I was falsely banned 01/17 because I said something was missing and they didnt like it and
lied and said I duped money which it never even happened, SOE employees talking and telling friends on game about me when it states they cannot release information about a player and all players sent m videos and pictures of them
telling players about me, SOE violating their own terms on many ways. I have SOE employees themselves contacting me giving me information on what they did telling me they had no part of it, I have piles of evidence, They even sent me
a $600.00 check to settle, Now tell me this is not a corrupted company and or that shows they are guilty. I think DC and WB should pull away from this game, So many fans turned theirs backs on DC and are very hurt, Every lifetime DC
Comics fan I know sold their DC Collections of everything and switched to marvel, I have so much more information for you and I can keep going,
They ripped me off of 7,000 hours of my life of game freezing and data corrupts all day long dealing with horrible things and thousands of others dealt with this as well, SOE even makes you uncomfortable talking about bans even the 1st
time you play the game scaring people, There legal department laughed at me and I had to tell him he was immature and I had to say goodbye, This was last week, Finally I got a call, 1 call ever. The producers, Developers, they all always
say contact customer service so only they can handle things and the top person is sticking with the fraud and false things against me and they sent me money, Come on, Guilty and corrupted, Buy me out with a check, They never refund a
penny ever so they can lie all they want saying I cheated and duped money, They keep changing their story every time I find out the truth, Their thing was I duped money and now I didnt, SOE had ruined Dc comics name and everything they
stand for and its hurting everyone. Everyone ignored DC Comics in the stores now, You must realize this with sales down because nobody I know is buying, They do sell but not like they used to, Even Store owners say it as well.
DC Universe Online is a great game and I miss it, I am heartbroken, SOE is representing DC and WB very bad, Ripping off players, Stealing thousands of hours of investing to players, You cant by time back, We only live once and they take away what we love, Time is irreplaceable, I have spent 24/7 everyday of my life since this happened getting justice, Meanwhile they cant even investigate correctly, What they investigate 1 hour and what person will admit they caused this or messed up if thats the case, because if this arent fraud than they messed up and dont want to admit it, SOE think they are gods and on top of the world, Well they are not and they are unprofessional and fraud, Liars, False actions, and much more. I need help here, Head of customer service is sticking with the les as well and wont lift this lie incase I take action against them, I told them I dont want to and I wouldnt but I cant get anywhere, I am stressed, Emotionally distressed, Hurt, Anxiety, and so much more and many others are to. I have plans on changing the MMO laws, Giving warning about MMOs to children and others, Addiction is bad to MMo games also and there should be warnings as well, I am looking for justice now, They had months to fix my account and they could of compensated me for the marks and items I lost but instead they act like this.

that anyone should beware of what can happen here, I have had 17 lawyers approach me with this, Lawyers that had never lost a case, This is how much evidence I have and how positive they are that I haven't been asked for a
penny, SOE could of released my account and fixed everything and just replace what I have lost and that could of been it but they dont want to admit the truth, I know many of you are already acting on this and are aware of all this
