Well it seems that he found me too. I posted my resume on monster.com and got the same exact email. Luckily, he didn't get me and anytime I get something like that I google the company to research them further. Sure enough I received the link to the Usa Consumer Complaints.com. It is unfortunate that these people take advantage of individuals down on their luck.
All job seekers beware of this, the name in my email is John Allan, but it looks like he went under another name earlier in the year. So if you get the following don't respond.
