Ecampus Bookstore ripoff did not pay for a book I sent as a buy back - Our Western Civilization, it's been close to one month

On June 20th i received a buy back quote for a 2002 history book, I sent the book and it is now July 18th and no check. Customer service admitted they recieved it but no longer will write back. If I give them my book and they are in the business of buying well you know the rest.
