Mauradubeux is a company based in the city of Fortaleza Brazil, and the developers of Beach Class Colonial a residencial developemnt of 323 apartments.
After agreeing to act as sales brokers for this company and selling more than 50% of the development pre construction mainly to north Americans, the company statred to be dishonest in many ways.
Once we had sold units the developer was due to pay us our commsion.
They refused and started to invent stories as why they could not pay.
When we finaly took court action they invented many stories and lied infornt of the judge.
The judge could see that they were telling lies and awarded the case to us. BUT STILL THEY REFUSE TO PAY -
We would like to warn all overseas real estate agents not to trust this company as they will not pay your commsion.
The lowest forms of LIFE stealing money from agents who sold for them. Living off the money that should have been paid to hard working agents.
The good this is that this site will warn other agents from being ripped of by them.
